About the Client

The Singapore Police Co-operative Society Ltd (SPCS) was launched on 18th August 1926 as the first co-operative for uniformed personnel in the Singapore Government Service. Since its inception, SPCS serves the uniformed and civilian staff of law enforcement agencies by offering support and care to members in meaningful and pragmatic ways, especially in the area of financial assistance.

The Project

Media Genesis has worked with Police Co-operative since 2020. We took over the site from the original developer, revamped it a few years later in 2024 and supported the company through ongoing maintenance.

Objectives:

• Implement a fully responsive website with a modern design.
• Improve overall site architecture and navigation to enable easier browsing and a better user experience.
• Redirect old URLs to corresponding URLs on the new website.
• Improve the loading speed of the website.

Support / Maintenance

Media Genesis provides Police Co-operative with a formalized post-launch support system for technical, creative and strategic services to keep the new website functional and performing well. This includes:

• upgrade core CMS, theme and extensions
• update content, articles, multiple forms, new announcements / promotions and requirements.
